It is a popular food that offers health and nutrition of young children. Taken in moderation, there should be no reason why eggs should be removed from a healthy diet for children. Here are some reasons why eggs are an excellent source of nutrition, especially for young children:

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Procedure:
