In some ways, cancer of the colon and rectum are Western diseases. Sedentary lifestyles and the high-fat diets of today?s over processed and fastfood society contribute to increased colorectal cancer risk. Those who exercise regularly and have high fiber and vegetable heavy meals seem to get some protections from this disease, but this is only one part of the story. There is another factor that has not been addressed much and that is the way we poop.

Colorectal cancer is most common in the United States, Canada, northern and western Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and is rarer in Asian countries. But when people from countries of low colorectal cancer risk immigrate to countries of high risk, their chances of developing the disease rise, reflecting how important diet and lifestyle can be for cancer risk. Not only are they adopting our highly processed, fast food lifestyle they are also adopting our way of pooping. That is, they are sitting now, instead of SQUATTING to defecate.

Do a little research yourself. Find the truth about your toilet. Sign up for our e-book where there is more information on this. The choice is yours. Help prevent colon cancer and a host of other diseases by porperly eliminating your waste!
