Through years of teaching I have discovered that the philosophy of the glue that holds together our four cornerstones of dance. In class I try to teach my students to be aware of how to center themselves for their journey into our dance. I found that if we forget who we are, the world around us affects our creativity and begins to pull in different directions or there is a direction that was not going to go. To stay centered as we remember? It is a question that I thought many times through my travels in this dance. The best way to understand how the center to look at the four corners of the stones and see what everyone asks is.
Let's start with our first foundation stone "emotion".
Our emotional state like a yo-yo-vary. There were many students who have gone into my office and took their questions and problems on the dance floor. Sometimes this will work in their favor and other timesdisintegrate into a practice center. I saw women coming to a place to bring the weight of their emotional problems on their shoulders. The weight of the problem, right into the flow of their dance. When emotions are confused that the flow of the dance is stagnating. On the other hand, a dancer taking a problem and use the emotional intensity in his favor. If a dancer is centered, as they use them in a position, the strength of his feelings, to bring his audience to aHigh state of astonishment.
Our second pillar is the "physical".
There are many reasons why they are attracted to belly dancers. For some it is a vocation which is far reaching into the soul. For others it is a way to keep fit, have fun and make new friends. Most women enjoy the freedom that the belly dance of everyday life. In oursociety is a pity that we are told, we like to consider. And although we know there is that part of uslistens and believes what told in the newspapers and the media. I see beautiful women come to me to study dance and everyone has one problem or another. As our life distorted depending on how distorted we see ourselves.
The surprising thing is that most of these women are talented dancers are stunning. But they do not understand that the way in which it will be seen her dance show at the end. Can you tell me if the "burn out" phase, because most areDancers to be restless
World of dance and I do not see the beauty in everything they do. That is because they do not see the beauty in themselves. If a dancer in a state of grace that is beautiful, she is absolute perfection.
Our third pillar is the "spiritual".
This is the only foundation that is just what we do in our dance seems to be clarified. If we neglect this special foundation that has made our peace and our dance empty. The depth of each conviction dancerscomes from his belief system. I can not even make dance a great job when my soul is a heavy load. This is the only corner stone I found that many dancers, when all else fails go. Spirituality is the part of our dance, also holds when the cornerstone of other butterflies. It is also the largest part of our dance that makes us alive. After all, if the choreography is done to celebrate the breath of life in our dance, life and dance on stage.
Our 4Cornerstone of the "Mental" is.
I do not know for the rest of you, but there were a couple of times I felt that my mind was trying to confuse me in my dance. It is sometimes pronounced with my body. The mind is very important, but sometimes we can dance too technical. The dancers, most of the public are included those with the flow of their choreography. The cornerstone of our minds is necessary to us "healthy" to think through the learning process. This can also outside the region.Your right is left and get all mixed up body parts. Or you get on stage and literally leaves your soul to return only after it was finished. Regardless of what happens when our minds are a part of us that these movements can be great experience and help to remind a dynamic and unforgettable performances.
So now we have the four cornerstones of dance as allows you to look at what philosophy is and why is our glue. If you take all the experiences in life, experiencesand not learned them all together and they are amazing, the individual. All your tours and travel through your life, what you are today. Did you know that is what it's like a human being that people will see on stage? This is the glue that holds together the four corners of the stones. The best way to remember to stay focused is to look in the mirror and see the wonder in retrospect on. We all want well thought of by others, but first we must thinkwell of us. Be grateful for everything that you forget in your life and just before going on stage or anywhere for that matter not that your life is so far. Show the world that your life is worth telling, is, and above all it is worth remembering.
